Evolution has to catch up with innovation.
The elites locked themselves down while we were freed from our cages. People who worked 9-5 for their entire adult lives, had to become ingenuitive in an instant.
They were forced to think outside the box, to reinvent themselves. When left to their own devices without outside pressures, oppressors and abusers rose to the occasion. This includes the essential workers who held the economy up with no hazard pay. Simultaneously the elite stayed in their homes, hurt our loved ones, wrote books, had press conferences with celebrities, and had dinners in public. We pay for their lifestyles and we elect them.
The elites and the management went away thinking that everything would be back to "normal" once the workforce returned. Most of the labor professionals who were in place, BP ('Before the Pandemic' as I like to call it), told me that this is not the time that the workers would gain power. "Not when they are out of work.", many of them told me directly.
We are in a time of creative destruction. The old way, BP, no longer works and a new way is forming. It's forming while under the crush of a collapse. It is not dissimilar to what happens to people in prison. They have to invent ways to survive, although they do it under the oppressive regime, they still come up with miracles.
They are making the workforce enforce their new mandates while they vacation. They make us do their dirty work. The oppressed become the oppressors. (PUT BLUE EYE JAIL STUDY HERE)

Oct 15th is the supposed GENERAL STRIKE walkout. The labor force has built momentum and power since the beginning of the pandemic. The vaccine mandates are widening the divide. People are walking out of jobs at a massive rate. Before the pandemic, we worshipped celebrities and our bosses.Now workers are quitting in massive numbers. People are seeing that even though they thought they loved their jobs, the management could care less about them. NOW IS THE TIME TO STRIKE! We've gained more power while watching how little the elite care for the workforce. They called us HUMAN CAPITAL to our faces.
