How to Organize

It's easier to start the process with a step by step list.

1. ESTABLISH a group objective or goal.
2. GATHER like-minded people and colleagues to vote on and create an angle of attack.
3. STRIKE/SHOCK THEM. Do something that does not harm, but affects the money of management.
4. PAUSE and see how management reacts. Doing nothing is an action, and it’s part of the negotiation.
5. REGROUP. Analyze their response, then make a strategy to go back at them based on communal, non-emotional, intellectual, non-violent force.
6. RESPOND. Go to them with 3 things knowing you will settle for the ONE you want, the one thing that you all voted on.
7. APPLY steps 1,2,3 again.

Progress is slow, but collective momentum cannot be stopped. The propaganda machine has the word progress written into all the talking points. Even though their actions declare differently, they will hide this behind declarations of progress and hope, small concessions and redirection...all jubilant mind fucks. The powers that be play tricks on the unconscious brain knowing if you hear it enough you will believe it. The ONLY progress they care about is their own. "Dangle the Carrot" is their strategy, and they use it to keep the bunnies wanting. It is ASPIRATIONAL OPPRESSION.
